You must determine the specification for each PPE type (safety helmet, eye goggle, etc) that you will use.

You cannot wear PPE for years since it has a unique expiry date. Suppose in general, a safety helmet has an expiry date of 5 years.

Install the PPE map in the whole plant site and office, including the construction or fabrication site.

Provide enough PPE in the warehouse as back up when you find damaged PPE or expired PPE, which requires immediate replacement

When you use the PPE stock, do not forget to procure new PPE to increase the PPE stock to its safety or minimum stock level.

Communicate intimately all things related to PPE with the workers by using various kinds of media.
